My timeline

As the operational lead for the Atlas Design System, I overhauled our foundational infrastructure to maximize velocity and consistency. I specifically led the Token Architecture workstream, transforming a static library into a dynamic, automated pipeline that empowered teams to build high-quality products faster.

Key Initiatives:

Token Pipeline Leadership: Directed the end-to-end creation of shared token libraries, solving critical extensibility challenges for the engineering organization.
Scalable Maintenance: Evolved the component library to meet rigorous accessibility standards while managing the lifecycle of legacy patterns.
‍Adoption Strategy: Acted as the primary bridge between the System team and Product adopters, ensuring the system evolved to meet real-world user needs.
Quality Assurance: Instituted a collaborative compliance framework, mentoring designers on best practices to maintain system integrity.
