My timeline

My current role at Tripadvisor is a Senior Product Designer on the Atlas Design System team. I play a key role in defining and maintaining the visual language and component library for our products. I am lucky to be a part of a multidisciplinary team and collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure our design system meets the needs of the organization, enabling teams to build consistent and accessible experiences at speed and scale.

The following are a few areas of focus:

Maintaining and evolving the design system: This includes everything from creating new components and patterns to updating existing ones to ensure they meet the latest accessibility and usability standards.
Collaborating with product teams: I work with product teams to understand their needs and ensure the design system meets those needs. This includes providing support and guidance on how to use the design system effectively.
‍Ensuring compliance with the design system: I work with designers and engineers to ensure that all products are compliant with the design system. This includes conducting design reviews and providing feedback.
Contributing to the design system roadmap: I work with the design system team to define the roadmap for the future of the design system. This includes identifying new opportunities and prioritizing initiatives.
